crazy!

I realized that I haven't taken many pictures recently (which if you know how camera-snappy I can be, you know this is very abnormal!) so I'll have to do better at that and post some as soon as I can. Until then however, I thought I would write about a few updates. First of all, we put our house up for sale yesterday morning, so we're excited about that. We have been busy doing a few odds and ends things to clean things up a bit. We've already had one call, so that's exciting. We've since run in to a few obstacles with Josh's job situation, but are fully leaning on God and trusting Him because He's the only one that knows what's to come. Ethan continues to grow and change constantly. He is SO close to walking. He CAN do it, it's just if he chooses to at the moment. He is smiling and laughing so much more these days. It's fun to see his personality emerge. Some qualities are very fun, but others will need some refining over the years :) I have several stories I will have to share sometime! Ok, ok I'll share one real quick with you now...so Ethan is not very fond of eating vegetables individually, but will eat them fairly well if I mix them with something else or sneak it in. Well, if he happens to realize what he's eating, he will sneakily take the veggie out of his mouth, slide it down the side of his body and neatly place it under his right leg...every time! One evening Josh was feeding him and told me how great Ethan was doing eating his vegetables. I said...did you check under his right leg? He said...what? Sure enough...a nice pile of smushed green beans lay right under his leg! What a turkey! He sure is sly :) More stories to come I promise!

ha ha ha! What a good laugh! Jakobi doesn't like his veggies either! But Ethan's sneaky quirk just cracks me up!!!

hope all is well.

What a hoot! I can't believe he can think that up already. We had a dog for such things when I was a kid. She would even eat my brussel sprouts. Bless her!

That is funny about Ethan and his veggies. There is a book out by Jerry Sienfields wife, she hides veggies in recipes and got her kids to eat veggies without them knowing. You should check the book out at a library and see if he can tell. Also you are lucky that you will be living so close to Litty's!!! I love their cake!! take care
