Grandma and Grandpa J. came down from Fredericktown on Sunday to meet their new great grandson. I would say the "meeting" went very well! :)

More Ethan pics
Ethan got to meet his friend Remington last night. Actually, I'm not sure that Ethan even knew he was there :)
Ethan sure enjoys being in the sling.
Quality sleep time with daddy :)
Ethan's first time at church, so grandma Kathy had to get him a collared shirt that fit. Thanks grandma! (He was waving when I started to take the picture! haha)

New pics
Daddy thinks Ethan wants to play Playstation with him :) Someday....
Ohhh goodness does he love to stretch!
Isn't this cowboy outfit the cutest?? Check out the cowboy boot on the bottom of his pants! Thanks Anita!
Ethan is sure enjoying his new Papasan chair. I think it's the vibrating that gets him :) I have to admit, I wish they made those in a bigger size!

He's growing!
It's amazing how fast Ethan is growing already! It's hard to believe he is a week old. He was born weighing 6 lbs. 12 oz. He had dropped to 6 lbs. 2 oz. before we left the hospital. As of today, he is back to his birth weight! He is growing like a weed :) We are getting "settled in" to our new life as parents and ask for you to continue to keep us in your prayers as we begin our new journey. Here are a few new pics to enjoy!

Ethan Gregory Fisher...
He is here!! He was born on Sunday, May 6th, 2007 (05/06/07) at 7:59pm. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. the same as his mother and was 20 inches long, the same as me. Mother and baby are doing really well. They did have to do an emergence c-section because Ethan was turned side-ways and was wrapped around the cord. However, the section went well and he is doing great. Well, hopefully in a few days we will update you more once we get home, hopefully tomorrow afternoon.
Thursday, May 3
Well, we had yet another doctor's appointment today. (Each week we go, I keep thinking it will be the last!) I am now 3 cm dilated and ready to go, according to the doctor. She can't believe I haven't gone yet. She says if I don't go over the weekend, which she thinks I probably will, I have another appointment on Monday and they will go ahead and induce me. So, we'll see. We're praying that we don't have to be induced, but God is in control and we're trusting Him. So hopefully we'll have some exciting news and we'll be holding our little boy in our arms very soon:)
